Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice, send the following in writing to contact@instantaccesstools.com:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL on instantaccesstools.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentations

Note that under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
